French spiritualism is a set of beliefs that says people have a “spirit” inside them which is connected to the world. This spirit links us to the universe, and can help us understand the world around us. People believe that this spirit is made up of different energies and forces which connect us to the world and give us the power to love, create, think, and be. Through meditation, prayer, or rituals, we can connect with our spirit and gain new perspectives about life. The French spiritualists also believe that our spirit is strong enough to manifest the things we desire in life.
