Frittelle

Frittelle is a sweet, tasty treat that people in Italy like to make and eat during special times of the year.

It's kind of like a round doughnut but is much smaller, and sometimes has a filling inside it. When making frittelle, people mix together flour, sugar, eggs, milk, and yeast to create a dough. They then let the dough rise, which means it puffs up and becomes bigger and softer.

Once the dough has risen, they create small balls out of it and then fry these balls in hot oil until they turn golden brown. After that, they can add some powdered sugar on top for extra sweetness.

Frittelle can be eaten on their own or served alongside sweet creams, like Nutella or whipped cream, for dipping. Sometimes, people put raisins, candied fruit or chocolate chips inside the frittelle before frying, which gives them a yummy surprise filling!

Overall, frittelle is a tasty and fun treat that people love to make and eat during special occasions in Italy.
