Full range leadership model

Full range leadership model is like a superhero team where every hero has their own superpowers and they all work together to save the day. In the same way, leaders have different leadership styles which they use to help their team achieve success.

There are three types of leadership styles in the full range leadership model:

1. Passive - this is when the leader is not very involved in the team's work and just lets them do their own thing.

2. Transactional - this is when the leader sets clear goals for the team and gives out rewards or punishments based on how well they meet those goals.

3. Transformational - this is when the leader inspires and motivates the team to work towards a common goal.

Just like every superhero has their own unique role to play, every type of leadership style has its own strengths and weaknesses. It's up to the leader to decide which style to use depending on the situation and the needs of the team.

The full range leadership model means that a leader should be skilled in all three types of leadership styles and knows when to use each one. By having a full range of leadership skills, the leader is able to adapt to any situation and help their team achieve success, just like a superhero team working together to save the day!
