Fultograph

A fultograph is like a big toy that helps us see how different things look when they move really fast. Imagine you have a big piece of paper with lines on it that are very close together, and you have a pen that draws a line. When you move the paper really fast, the pen will draw lots of lines on the paper and it will look like one big line.

Now, a fultograph is like a fancy version of that. Instead of a pen and paper, you have a machine with a special camera that takes pictures very quickly. You can attach things to the machine and spin them around really fast, and the camera will take lots of pictures so you can see how they look when they move quickly.

People use fultographs to study things like how a bird flaps its wings, or how a machine works. They can see things that are too fast for our eyes to see by themselves, and it helps them learn more about the world around us.
