Fume hood

A fume hood is like a giant safety bubble that helps protect people from dangerous fumes, smells, and chemicals. It's like a big box with a glass window in the front. The air inside the fume hood is always rushing out towards the glass window, so it kind of looks like the hood has a lot of air coming out of it. The air that is rushing out goes through a special filter to help keep all the bad stuff out of the room. This way, people can work with chemicals and other materials in the fume hood without having to worry about getting sick.
