Fuzzy logic is a way of thinking and making decisions that's different from the usual "yes-no" (yes or no) way of thinking. In fuzzy logic, things aren't either yes or no, but a bit of both. Imagine you're trying to decide how much sugar to put in your coffee. Some people say a teaspoon is just right; others say two; and some people like even more sugar. With fuzzy logic, you could decide to use 1.5 teaspoons of sugar, which is sort of in between one teaspoon and two. Fuzzy logic helps us make decisions that don't have a definite answer.
