G7 Welcoming Committee

Okay kiddo, so imagine you're part of a big group of friends and sometimes you don't all agree on things. That's kind of like what happens with seven important countries (called G7) who get together to talk about important stuff, like how to make the world a better place.

There are some people who don't like the G7 and think they don't always make the best decisions. So those people decided to start something called the G7 Welcoming Committee. It's kind of like a group that shows up to protest when the G7 meetings happen.

The G7 Welcoming Committee doesn't like some of the things that those important countries do when they get together. They think that sometimes it's all about making money and not about taking care of regular people. So they want to make sure that their voices are heard and that everyone pays attention to what's really important.

It might be a little bit complicated, but the G7 Welcoming Committee is just a group of people who want to make sure that everyone knows what's going on and that the decisions that are made are fair for everyone.
