Gallery wrap

So you know how people like to put pictures on their walls to make their rooms look pretty? Well, sometimes they want the picture to look like it's not just a flat piece of paper stuck on the wall. They want it to look like the picture goes all the way around the sides of the canvas, like it's wrapped around the frame. That's called a gallery wrap!

To make a gallery wrap, you start with a canvas that's bigger than the actual picture. You print the picture on the canvas and then stretch the canvas really tight over a frame. This makes the picture look like it's wrapped around the sides of the frame so you don't see any blank spaces.

People like gallery wraps because it makes the picture look more finished and professional, like it's a piece of art you'd see in a fancy museum or gallery. Plus, it means you don't have to spend more money on a fancy frame to make your picture look good. Isn't that cool?
