Gas lighter

A gas lighter is a little tool that helps you start a fire without having to use matches. Imagine you want to light up a candle or maybe start a stove to cook some food. Instead of rubbing two sticks together or using a match, you can use a gas lighter.

The gas lighter has a small button that, when pressed, releases a gas called butane. You may also hear a clicking sound when you press the button. This clicking sound means that a tiny spark is created, and it happens because of some rocks inside the lighter, rubbing against each other.

So, when the butane gas comes out, and the spark lights it up, it creates a little flame at the end of the lighter. This flame is what you use to light up your candle, stove or any other thing that needs a fire.

As you may know, fire is dangerous, and that is why you should always use a gas lighter carefully. Don't play with it, and never touch the flame with your hands, or you may get burnt.

And that's it, gas lighters are just little tools that make lighting up things easier, and they work by releasing a gas and generating a tiny spark.
