Genographic Project

The genographic project is like taking a big family tree and finding out where everyone came from a long time ago. Scientists use special tools to look at tiny pieces of your body called DNA. They can tell you where your family came from a long, long time ago and how your family moved and changed over many years. They do this by looking at the special patterns in your DNA that tell us where you came from. It's like looking at clues in a puzzle to see where your family started and how they grew and changed over time.
