Geometric mean

Geometric mean is like the average of a group of numbers, but instead of adding them all up and dividing by how many numbers there are, you multiply them all together and then take the square root of the answer. So if you had five numbers (2, 3, 4, 5 and 6) you would multiply them together to get 720. Then you would take the square root of 720, which is 24. So the geometric mean of those five numbers is 24.
