Gerwani

Gerwani was a women's organization in Indonesia that existed a long time ago. They were just a group of ladies who wanted to help other ladies and make their lives better. They would teach women about important things like health and education, and they would also help women who were in trouble or needed support.

But sadly, some people didn't like Gerwani and they said that they were doing bad things. They said that Gerwani was trying to harm the government and they accused them of doing bad things that they didn't actually do. This caused a lot of people to become angry and afraid of Gerwani, even though they were just a group of women trying to help other women.

Eventually, the government decided to ban Gerwani and punish anyone who was involved with them. This was a very sad thing for the women who were part of Gerwani because they were just trying to make things better for other women. It shows how sometimes people can misunderstand things and make bad decisions based on those misunderstandings.
