Ghost net

Okay kiddo, so you know how when you go fishing, you use a net to catch fish? Well, imagine if there was a net that caught things that you couldn't even see - like ghosts! That's what people call a ghost net.

But, it's not really catching actual ghosts. A ghost net is actually a term that scientists use to describe when bad people trick computers and other technology so they can look at or take information they shouldn't have.

It's kind of like a sneaky thief who sneaks into a house when nobody is looking. These bad people use special software to get into computers and other technology without anybody knowing, and steal important information like bank accounts, passwords, and even secret government stuff.

So, the term "ghost net" is just a name scientists use to describe when these bad people are secretly stealing information online. Just like how a fishing net catches fish, a ghost net catches sneaky computer thieves.
