Gochu-japchae

Okay, so Gochu-Japchae is a Korean dish that has noodles made out of sweet potato and it also has vegetables and sometimes meat in it. Gochu means chili pepper and Japchae means stir-fried noodles. So that means the food has some spicy taste because of the chili peppers and the noodles are cooked by stirring them in a pan with other yummy ingredients. It’s like spaghetti but made of a different kind of vegetable and has a Korean flavor to it. It’s really tasty!
