Grannygate

Okay kiddo, so you know how when we play games like soccer or basketball, there are rules that everyone has to follow? Well, the same goes for important grown-up games called elections. In an election, people vote to choose who they want to be their leader.

Now, imagine if someone cheated in the election by pretending to be someone they're not. That's what happened in a scandal called Grannygate. Some people were worried that some other people were pretending to be really old grandmas, and were actually trying to vote twice - which is not allowed.

So, people investigated and found out that some of these supposed grandmas were actually just people dressed up in masks and costumes! This made a lot of people very upset because it's not fair to cheat in an election. In the end, the cheaters got in trouble and everyone learned that it's important to follow the rules, even in grown-up games like elections.
