Graphical timeline of the universe

A timeline of the universe is like a timeline of your life, but much bigger. Basically, a timeline of the universe shows the different points in time when different things happened. It shows when stars and galaxies were born, when life first appeared, and when homo sapiens (us!) evolved. It also shows the Big Bang - the beginning of the universe as we know it. Every timeline of the universe is different, depending on different theories about how the universe evolved. For example, some timelines show the Big Bang happening billions of years ago, while others show it happening more recently. But all timelines of the universe show the same fundamental events - birth, death, and change.
