Gravel cycling

Gravel cycling is like going on an adventure with your bike on a special type of road called a gravel road. This road is made up of tiny rocks and dirt instead of smooth pavement like on the road you usually ride your bike on.

Gravel cycling is different from regular biking on the main road because you get to ride on new and exciting paths that might not have many cars or people around. You might see beautiful fields, forests or rivers along the way and it's a great way to explore nature and have fun on your bike.

It's important to have a special kind of bike for gravel cycling, called a gravel bike. This bike is built to handle riding on the rocky and bumpy gravel road with special tires that are wider and more durable than regular bike tires.

Gravel cycling can be a little bit harder than regular biking because the road is not as smooth so you might have to pedal harder and be more careful not to slip or fall. But, it can also be more exciting and challenging, which is why many people love to do it!
