Group of States Against Corruption

A group of states against corruption is a group of countries that have come together to agree to work together to end or reduce corrupt practices in their countries. Corrupt practices are when people in positions of power use their positions to benefit themselves or their families instead of benefiting the people they are supposed to be helping. By joining together and making laws about stopping corrupt practices, the group of states hopes to make it more difficult for corrupt people in power to take advantage of their positions.
