Growth hormone treatment

Growth hormone treatment is when doctors give you a special medicine called growth hormone to help you grow taller and stronger.

Growth hormone is something that our bodies naturally make to help us grow when we are young. But some kids have trouble making enough of it.

When you get growth hormone treatment, the doctor will give you a shot of the medicine every day. The medicine is usually in a little pen with a needle that goes into your skin. Don't worry, it only hurts a little bit and the doctor will make sure you're not scared or uncomfortable.

The hormone helps your body to grow taller and stronger by making your bones grow longer and thicker, and it also helps your muscles get bigger and stronger too.

It takes a while for the treatment to work, usually a few months or even years, and you'll have to go see the doctor often to make sure everything is working the way it should be.

But if you follow the doctor's instructions and take your medicine every day, you can grow up to be a strong, healthy and tall adult!
