Guitjo (double-neck)

A guitjo is a type of guitar that has two necks instead of just one. It's kind of like having two guitars stuck together! One neck is usually for playing the guitar like normal, and the other neck is for playing a different type of instrument called a banjo.

The banjo neck on the guitjo usually has a round body called a resonator that makes a loud, bright sound. You play the banjo neck by plucking the strings with your fingers or using a special pick called a thumb pick.

The guitar neck on the guitjo is usually used for strumming chords and picking melodies. You play the guitar neck just like you would on a regular guitar, by pressing your fingers on the strings to make different notes.

Some people like to play the guitjo because it gives them the ability to switch between different sounds and styles of music without having to switch instruments. Plus, it looks pretty cool with two necks!
