Gujeolpan is a Korean dish that is similar to a fancy snack board you might make for a party. Instead of using regular plates, gujeolpan is served on a special round box divided into 9 sections, kind of like a pizza.
Each section contains a different type of food, like thinly sliced vegetables, seafood, and meat that has been cooked in different ways. Some popular ingredients include carrots, cucumbers, mushrooms, shrimp, beef, and egg.
The fun thing about gujeolpan is that you get to mix and match the ingredients in whatever combination you like! You take a thin pancake-like wrapper called jeon and add a scoop of each food item you like, and then wrap it up like a little burrito.
Finally, you dip it in a sweet and savory sauce called ganjang or gochujang, which makes it even yummier! It's a great way to try lots of different foods all at once, and have fun while you're eating.
