ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Gujjar

Okay, so imagine you are in a big group of people and you are all from different places. Some of you might have different cultures and traditions, and that's okay because everyone is different in their own way.

Now, in India there is a group of people called Gujjar. They have their own culture and way of life. They live in the northern part of India, in places like Rajasthan, Haryana, and Punjab.

The Gujjars are known for being farmers and herders. That means they take care of animals like cows and goats, and they grow crops like wheat and rice. They also have their own language called Gujri, but they also speak other languages like Hindi and Punjabi.

But, even though the Gujjars have their own culture and traditions, sometimes they face problems. Some people might not understand their way of life or might treat them unfairly because they are different. That's not okay because everyone should be treated with kindness and respect regardless of their differences.

So, to sum it up, Gujjar is a group of people in India who have their own culture and way of life, but sometimes face challenges because of their differences. We should all try to be kind and respectful to everyone, no matter what.
