Gulaman

Gulaman is a sweet and jiggly treat that is popular in many places around the world. It looks like a firm and colorful jelly or jello that you can eat or drink.

It is made from a substance called agar, which is derived from seaweeds. Agar is a type of gelatin and it helps turn liquids into a solid form. To create gulaman, the agar is mixed with water or other liquids like fruit juice, coconut milk or milk. You can then add sugar, flavoring or toppings if you want.

Here’s how gulaman is made:

1. Combine gulaman powder (also known as agar agar) with water and mix well.
2. Boil the mixture on a stove until it dissolves completely.
3. Add sugar or any other flavoring ingredient you like and mix well.
4. Pour the mixture into a mold or container and let it cool.
5. Once the mixture has solidified, cut it into cubes or shapes.

Gulaman is often served for dessert or as a snack. It can be eaten or drank by itself, or you can add it to other foods and drinks for some extra flavor and texture. Some people like to add gulaman cubes to fruit salad or milk tea as a fun and colorful topping.

So, that’s gulaman in a nutshell – sweet, jiggly and delicious!
