ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Habitual be

Habitual be is when you add "be" to the start of verbs to make them talk about habits. For example, if you say "I walk to school every day," you are talking about how you do something regularly. But if you say "I am walking to school every day," it means that you have a habit of doing it. So, when you use habitual be, you are talking about habits and things you do regularly.
