Handball is a game where two teams try to get the ball into the other team's goal while following certain rules.
Each team has seven players on the court at a time – six players and one goalkeeper. Players move the ball by throwing or passing it to their teammates. They can also move with the ball by bouncing it or dribbling it, but they're not allowed to hold onto it for too long or take too many steps without bouncing it.
If a player touches the ball with any part of their body below the knee, it's considered a foul and the opposing team gets a free throw. The game can get pretty intense, with players trying to block throws and steal the ball from their opponents.
The team with the most goals at the end of the game wins. It's a fun sport to watch and play, and it's a great way to stay active and healthy!
