Hardanger fiddle

A hardanger fiddle is a special type of instrument from Norway. It looks like a regular violin, but it has extra strings and different kinds of bows. The extra strings are for playing special Norwegian folk tunes. The different bows are used to make the music sound more like the traditional music played in Norway a long time ago. Hardanger fiddles can only be used to play this traditional Norwegian music, which has a unique sound.
