Hatra

Hatra is a place that people used to live a long, long time ago. It's in a country called Iraq, which is far away from where we live. The people who lived in Hatra built really big walls and buildings to protect themselves from bad guys who wanted to hurt them. Hatra is really old, like even older than your grandparents! People used to go there to see all the cool things that were built a really long time ago. But unfortunately, some bad guys came and wanted to ruin everything in Hatra. They knocked over the walls and buildings and made it really hard for people to visit. But don't worry, people are working hard to fix up Hatra so we can all see how amazing it was a long, long time ago.
