Hephthalite

The Hephthalites were a group of people who lived a very long time ago. They were warriors who lived in Central Asia, which is a big place with lots of countries that we don't have in our neighborhood.

The Hephthalites were also known as the White Huns, and they were really good at fighting. They were so good that they were able to conquer many different parts of Asia, including parts of Afghanistan, India, and Iran.

The Hephthalites were mostly horse riders, and they used their horses to help them fight. They wore special armor to protect themselves, and they were very good at using their weapons like bows and arrows, swords, and spears to defeat their enemies.

But eventually, the Hephthalites were defeated by other powerful groups like the Sassanid Empire, which was a big kingdom in Iran. They slowly disappeared from history, and we don't know a lot about them today.

But we do know that the Hephthalites were an important part of history because they played a big role in shaping the world we live in today.
