Heraldry

Heraldry is a way of using shapes and patterns, usually on a shield, to show who someone is. These shapes and patterns can be used to identify different people and show their rank or importance. Heraldry designs usually include things like animals, plants, and shapes like stars, circles, and crosses. The designs are made up of different colors like blue and gold. Heraldry was used a lot in the Middle Ages by knights and other noble people. It was like a visual way of saying who someone was, and could be used to identify a knight from his enemies during a battle.
