Higher education

Higher education is when you go to school after high school (12th grade) for a college degree. This college degree can be an Associate’s degree (2 year program), Bachelor’s degree (4 year program), Master’s degree (6 year program), or a PhD (eight year program). When you go to college, you will learn lots of new things and skills in a specific subject like math, history, or engineering. These skills will help you find a job and become successful in life. Higher education is also a great way to meet new people and make new friends.
