ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Hoist controller

Imagine you are playing with a toy crane that can lift things up and down. The hoist controller is like the remote control that you use to make the crane move.

When you press a button on the hoist controller, it sends a signal to the crane telling it what to do. It can make the crane lift something up, lower it down, or stop moving altogether.

But the hoist controller is not just any remote control. It has special buttons and settings that allow the person using it to control the speed and direction of the crane's movements.

So, think of the hoist controller as the "brain" of the crane. Without it, the crane wouldn't know what to do or where to go.
