Holarchy

Holarchy is a way of organizing things in layers. It's like a pyramid. The top layer is the most important and each layer below it is made up of smaller parts that all work together. The top layer is called the "holon" and each layer below it is called a "hierarchy". Each layer is essential for the whole system to work. Think of a family. The whole family is the holon, and each person in the family is part of a hierarchy - they are all important and they all work together to make the family successful.
