ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Homomorphic encryption

Homomorphic encryption is a type of encryption that allows you to do math on the data without being able to see what is inside it. For example, if you have an encrypted message, you can add two things together and find the sum, but you still won't be able to see what the original message is. It's like a secret code that only the person who encrypted it can figure out how to unlock. It's very important in keeping data safe and secure.
