Hostel

A hostel is like a big, shared house where lots of travelers can stay for a short period of time. People stay in a hostel when they are traveling to a new place and want a place to sleep for the night.

In a hostel, there are usually many bedrooms with lots of bunk beds. Bunk beds are like two beds stacked on top of each other, so people can sleep close together. These bedrooms usually have lockers where people can store their things safely.

A hostel also usually has a big common area, like a living room, where people can relax and hang out with each other. Some hostels even have things like pool tables, TVs or even bars where people can have a drink.

The most important thing about a hostel is that it is usually much cheaper than staying in a hotel. This is because you are sharing the space with other people and the facilities are more basic. But it's a great way to meet new people from all over the world!
