Hot water extraction

Okay kiddo, have you ever spilled something on your shirt and had to use a towel to clean it up? That's kinda like what hot water extraction is!

But instead of using a towel, we use a machine called a carpet cleaner. This machine sprays hot water mixed with cleaning solution onto the carpet, then sucks it back up along with all the dirt and grime that was hiding in the carpet.

Think of it like a big vacuum that not only picks up dirt, but also cleans the carpet at the same time. Just like how you need to rinse soap off when you're washing your hands, the hot water rinse helps make sure all the cleaning solution is removed from the carpet.

This process is really important because it helps keep carpets clean and free of germs and allergens. Plus, it makes them look nice and new again!
