Household Cavalry

If a king or queen needs someone to protect them and make them look fancy, they might have some special people called the Household Cavalry. These are soldiers who ride horses and wear very fancy and shiny outfits. They are very good at protecting the king or queen because they practice a lot and learn how to ride their horses very well. When the king or queen goes out in public, the Household Cavalry rides alongside them to make sure nothing bad happens. They also do a special ceremony called the Changing of the Guard, where they switch places with the soldiers who were guarding the king or queen before. It's a very important job, and the Household Cavalry takes it very seriously.
