Hubert Dreyfus

Hubert Dreyfus is a philosopher who is most known for his work on how humans interact with technology. He believed that machines cannot do some of the things that humans can do and that they cannot really understand the world in the way humans do. He also argued that human behavior and thinking was unique, not replicable by machines, and that humans could not be completely replaced by them. He believed that humans could be assisted by machines and technology, but it could never replace the human experience and understanding.
