Human development theory

Human Development Theory is a way of understanding how humans learn, grow, and change over time. It looks at the different stages of life and how people change as they move from childhood to adulthood. It looks at how people move from being dependant on others to becoming more independent and how they become more responsible as they age. In simplest terms, it's like looking at how a person grows and changes from being a baby to becoming an adult.
