Social change

Social change is when the way people do things changes over time. It happens when people work together to make things different. For example, a few hundred years ago, women were not allowed the same rights as men in many places. But over time, people worked together to make sure women had the same rights as men. This kind of social change is called equality and it has made things much fairer.
