Industrialisation

Industrialisation is a process when machines and factories are used to make things in large amounts - much faster than people could do it by hand. Machines and factories are used to make things like cars, phones, clothes, toys and other everyday items quickly and cheaply. This means more people have access to these things and the cost is lower.
