Human reliability

Human reliability is about how reliable someone is. It means that a person can be counted on to do their best work and finish their tasks. For example, when you give someone a job, you expect them to do it correctly and on time. If they don't, then they are not reliable and it's unlikely you'd give them a job again. It's important to have reliable people because it makes it easier to get things done on time.
