Human resources development

Human Resources Development (HRD) is the process of helping people to develop the skills, knowledge, attitudes, and values they need to achieve their goals in the workplace. In other words, HRD is all about helping people to learn and grow. This can include things like training, coaching, mentoring, and guidance. The idea is that by having the right skills and knowledge, people can do a better job and can also be more successful in their careers.
