Human-centered design

Human-centered design (HCD) is a way to create products and services by focusing on the people who will be using them. HCD starts by understanding what people need and what problems they want to solve. Then, it uses this information to design a product or service that works best for people. For example, a car company may use HCD to understand how people use their cars, so they can design a car that is easier and more enjoyable to drive.
