The Harvey Massacre was a tragic event that happened in Texas, USA in 1991. It all started when a man named George Jo Hennard drove his truck into a restaurant called Luby's Cafeteria. He got out of his truck and started shooting people with a gun.
A lot of people were there that day, and unfortunately, 23 people were killed, and many more were hurt. It was a really sad day for the people of Killeen, Texas, and the rest of the country.
The reason why Hennard did this is still not clear to this day. Some people think he was mentally ill, while others think he was angry and wanted to hurt people.
After the tragedy, the people of Killeen and the rest of the country came together to support the families of the victims and to work towards making sure something like this never happened again. They also pay tribute to the victims every year at the site of the Luby's Cafeteria.
