Hydrate

Hydrating means filling your body with water. Our bodies are made up mostly of water and we need to drink enough water to stay healthy and feeling good. Water helps us regulate our body temperatures, digest our food, move our muscles, and many other things. If we don't drink enough water, our system can get messed up and even make us feel sick! It's really important to drink plenty of water every day.
