HyperNEAT

HyperNEAT (Hierarchical Neural-Network Enhanced 24 Adaptation Technique)is a way to teach computers to do things by using a method of artificial intelligence called "evolutionary computing". It works by having a computer generate many solutions to the same problem and then selecting the best solutions. The idea is to imitate the way that nature can evolve and adapt to changes, since in nature, organisms can change and adapt to their environment and survive. With HyperNEAT, a computer can create solutions to a problem that would be too complex for a human to solve. It can even create new solutions that no human has ever thought of!
