I'm a Little Teapot
Okay kiddo, do you know what a teapot is? It's a special pot that we put water in and heat up on the stove to make tea. Now, imagine the teapot is a little person, kind of like you! This little person is standing up straight with their arms by their side.
Now let's add some things to our little teapot person. First, give them a spout sticking out of their side. This is where the tea comes out of. Next, add a handle on their other side. This is how we hold onto the teapot and pour the tea.
Finally, let's add a lid on top of their head. This keeps the heat and steam inside the pot. Now our little teapot person is complete!
Now sing along with me, "I'm a little teapot, short and stout. Here is my handle, here is my spout. When I get all steamed up, hear me shout. Tip me over and pour me out!"
