IAPMO

Okay kiddo, have you ever heard of plumbing? It's how water gets into our homes and how we can take nice warm baths or flush the toilets. But making sure everything is done safely and properly is very important, and that's where IAPMO comes in!

IAPMO stands for the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials. They are a group of people who work together to make sure that plumbing and mechanical systems are safe and work the way they're supposed to. They make rules and guidelines that plumbers and engineers have to follow when they design or fix things like pipes, water heaters, and sprinkler systems in buildings.

Sometimes, rules and guidelines change as new technology is invented or better ways of doing things are discovered. So, IAPMO has to keep up with these changes and update their rules to keep everybody safe.

Basically, IAPMO helps make sure that when you turn on the faucet or flush the toilet, you don't have to worry about anything going wrong. They're like the superhero of plumbing safety!
