IDEO is a company that helps other companies make really cool and useful things that people will love! They have lots of people who work together to come up with great ideas for products and services. They use something called "design thinking" to make sure that what they make is really useful and helpful for people. This means they talk to people and learn about their problems and needs, and then come up with ideas for things that will solve those problems or make their lives easier.
