ISO/IEC JTC 1 is an organization that helps make up rules for things that companies and governments use in technology. They help make sure that all of these different companies and governments can communicate and work together with the technology they use, like your computer, your phone or even things like traffic lights. It's like they make a big rulebook for all these different groups so they can play together nicely.
